Regulated financial institution / banking rail

NOXXO does not offer INR pay-in. The Indian entity must convert INR to USD independently (e.g. via their local bank or a partner like Finigenie) and deposit USD directly into NOXXO via SWIFT. NOXXO's role begins at USD receipt.

Flow 01 — Notes

  • NOXXO does not accept INR — Finigenie (or another local partner) handles the INR collection and converts to USD at their bank before depositing into NOXXO via SWIFT
  • NOXXO receives USD, converts to USDC internally for routing efficiency, then redeems USDC back to USD for SWIFT payout to Egypt
  • The full 0.50% fee covers all NOXXO-owned stages: deposit processing, USDC conversion, and USD SWIFT payout to the Egyptian bank
  • EGP conversion (if needed) is handled within Egypt's local banking system — outside NOXXO's scope

Flow 02 — Notes

  • NOXXO issues a named USD virtual account in the US under the Indian entity's details — the US payer sends via standard ACH or wire with zero changes to their workflow
  • 0.35% is charged on USD collected into the virtual account (via SWIFT or ACH)
  • Funds are converted to USDC internally for routing, then settled as INR into India at 0.90%
  • INR hits the Indian bank account same-day via RTGS — no SWIFT lifting fees on the India side
  • Virtual account fee is a flat $10/month regardless of transaction volume
NOXXO does not handle INR to USD conversion. The Indian entity deposits USD directly into NOXXO via SWIFT. FX from INR to USD is handled by the client before engaging NOXXO.

Flow 03 — Notes

  • NOXXO does not convert INR to USD — the Indian entity handles this conversion externally before depositing USD into NOXXO via SWIFT
  • 0.30% is charged on USD receipt and conversion to USDC — this is NOXXO's on-ramp fee
  • 1.00% is charged on the USDC to CNY payout — this covers the cross-currency conversion and CIPS delivery into China
  • CNY routes via CIPS (China's cross-border interbank payment system) or a correspondent bank with onshore CNY access
  • Total blended cost of 1.30% compares favourably to typical bank rates of 2.5–4% for the India-China corridor
